Try These Easy Healthy choices

Breakfast: 

One egg 

One slice Bread 

3/4 cup Milk 

1 Whole Apple 

½ cup Mixed Fruit 

 

Fry the egg in ¼ teaspoon butter, toast bread and add fruit and milk

Lunch: 

¼ Scallions 

1 Sausage Link 

1 small yellow onion 

2 eggs 

1 large Tortillas Bread 

¼ teaspoon cooking oil 

 

Sautee all ingredients in a skillet 

Serve over Tortillas bread while warm

Dinner (4 Servings): 

4 ears of Corn 

1 cucumber 

1 Medium Tomato 

½ lb fresh Shrimp
